Hutcheson Hall D-106 serves as the conference hospitality suite and check-in center throughout the conference. Conference staff will provide housing assignments, parking information, conference materials, and assistance with conference logistics.

The hospitality suite will officially open at 8:00 AM on June 9, 2026. Participants arriving before that time should notify the organizers in advance if you have not already done so, so that appropriate arrangements can be made for early check-in and housing access.
Housing and Accommodations
Residence hall accommodations include bed linens, pillows, and towels.

Transportation and Shuttle Service
Conference shuttle service will be coordinated from Monroe Regional Airport (MLU) and Shreveport Regional Airport (SHV).
Participants requiring conference transportation should complete the shuttle request form as soon as possible. Shuttle schedules will be organized based on submitted travel information.

Participants arriving after the final scheduled shuttle may wish to consider overnight accommodations near the airport and travel to Ruston the following morning.
Parking
Parking information will be provided during conference check-in. Participants driving to Ruston should first report to Hutcheson Hall D-106 before proceeding to conference activities.

A Neighborhood Walmart is located a short distance from campus and provides convenient access to groceries, pharmacy items, toiletries, and other personal necessities.
