Dorm Accommodations
On-campus housing in Park Place dorm suites is available for conference attendees.
Conference dorm accommodations in McFarland Commons / Park Place are located immediately adjacent to the Louisiana Tech campus and within approximately a 2-minute walk of Prescott Memorial Library, where most conference activities will take place.
Thanks to support from the National Science Foundation (NSF), the cost of conference dorm accommodations is included with conference registration fees.
Campus housing reservations may be selected during conference registration . Please register promptly to guarantee housing availability.

Hotel Accommodations
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved for conference attendees at Courtyard by Marriott Ruston .

Participants reserving hotel accommodations are responsible for payment of their own hotel rooms.
Most conference activities will take place in Prescott Memorial Library at Louisiana Tech University.
The conference hotel is located only a short driving distance from the Louisiana Tech campus. However, attendees should note that transportation between the hotel and conference venue is primarily by car, as the roads and traffic patterns in this area are generally not well suited for walking.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available for conference attendees in the dorm lots conveniently located a 2 minute walk to the Prescott Library where most conference activities will be held. Please pick up a parking pass during conference check-in and display it prominently on the dashboard of your vehicle throughout the Conversations.
Handicap-accessible parking is available at both the dorms and Prescott Memorial Library. Please contact the organizers if you require mobility accommodations.
