Both oral presentations and poster sessions will be held in the Prescott Memorial Library, located adjacent to Wyly Tower on the Louisiana Tech University campus.
Oral Presentations
Presentation facilities for speakers include:
- Speaker podium
- Microphone and sound system
- HDMI connection
- USB-C connection
- Conference presentation computer
Presenters may connect their own laptops directly using HDMI or USB-C. Presentations may also be provided on a USB flash drive and transferred to the conference computer.
If you plan to use the conference computer, please notify the organizers during conference check-in so that we can coordinate loading and testing your presentation in advance.
Poster Presentations
Posters will be displayed on magnetic poster boards. Magnets will be supplied by the conference.
Posters may be mounted upon arrival and will remain on display throughout the conference poster sessions.
Posters should be removed at the conclusion of conference activities on Friday afternoon.
Poster boards provide a display area of approximately 46 × 47 inches (3.8 × 3.9 ft; 117 × 119 cm). Posters will be attached using magnets supplied by the conference. Posters slightly larger than the available display area can generally be accommodated.
