Recreation Activity Sign-Up
During the Thursday recreation period, participants may choose between two optional activities. Participants interested in joining either activity are encouraged to sign up in advance to assist with transportation planning and facility reservations. Sign-up sheets will be available at conference check-in and at Prescott Memorial Library.
Option 1: Lincoln Parish Park
Lincoln Parish Park is a beautiful outdoor recreation area featuring a lake, walking trails, picnic areas, beach access, and opportunities to enjoy the natural scenery of North Louisiana.
Conference shuttles will transport participants between campus and the park. Participants may pack a to-go meal from Tech Table in the Student Center and enjoy lunch at the park.
Option 2: Lambright Sports & Wellness Center
The Lambright Sports & Wellness Center is Louisiana Tech University's recreation facility. Participants may enjoy fitness equipment, walking and recreation spaces, aquatic facilities, bowling, and other wellness amenities.

Lambright Sports & Wellness Center is located on the Louisiana Tech campus approximately 0.6 mile from Prescott Memorial Library. A recommended route with sidewalks and cross walks suitable for pedestrians is provided in the link.
