venkata:plan to MD workflows, sim and analysis incl. gpu 
priya: plan to do icm: look up previous chromatin.html, sequence only, then landscapes (min E positoins, 30nm, experiment)
gyandeep: ICK kernel needs to come up w/ plan
pardhu: iBIOMES and iRODS... using iBIOMEs as workflow agent... cheatham must have done this.
sufian  will do manage all and work on sin mutants
James skyped in from LSU; superG redeaux
discussed plans for the summer. 
EACH needs to have a formal summer plan listed on their laboratory web page
	the plan should include goals and objectives along with timelines for achieving these.
I have asked them to put such a plan on their web page by end of this week.
Other items:
June 2- 6 all are going to LSU for HPC training at LONI
all have GA's lised w/ LASiGMA except venkat (updating that)
Sufian submitted contract for hire as post-doc. Congrats Sufian!

HW/SW: 
	bishop needs install user ibiomes and irods on ade s.t. pardhu can put these tools on ADE
	bishop needs to install a php editor for priya
	zypper install bluefish  on (gua, ade, tmb4, tmb5, cyt)
	downloaded the JDK + netbean installer from oracle /usr/local/src/jdk-8u5-nb-8-linux-x64.sh	
	the netbean installer did not have the JDK preloaded so went w/ the oracle option

setup irods and ibiomes as users on ade in /raid5 directory as home
AND set up an apache server on ade.engr.latech.edu
this means I can retire the lasigma server if I want
