EXTEND THE SEQUENCE +/- 10 BP s.t. the total sequence is 167bp long CHECK with bishop once you have this system setup THIS IS NOT EASY! but see the tools in /autotmb/simulations/Example/utils/01-make-any.tcsh.org AND look at http://ambermd.org/tutorials/
